Russia’s flagship warship, Moskva, has been severely damaged after an explosion in the Black Sea. Odesa Governor Maksym Marchenko said Moskva was struck by a pair of cruise missiles, but Russia has claimed they accidentally exploded ammunition on board. Moskva had to be evacuated after the explosion on board.
