Des Moines, IO.: Alleged shooter 18 year old Preston Walls has been arrested and charged for the murders of 2 teenagers and the attempted murder of a former rapper who left gangs to found the program designed to help keep youths off the streets. The former rapper is in serious condition. The shootings happened at an alternative educational program called Starts Right Here.
