Washington, D.C.: In a 317-117 bipartisan vote, the United States House of Representatives passed the bill which raises the debt ceiling. The bill now goes to the U.S. Senate. The bill was ironed out with compromises from both parties in the negotiations between the Republicans in the House and President Joe Biden.
