Richmond, Va.: Richmond interim police chief Rick Edwards said that 7 people were shot. 3 of the 7 shot received life-threatening injuries. The shooting occurred outside a theater where a high school graduation had just taken place. 2 people were taken into custody.
Updated: 2 people have now died from the shooting. The shootings happened at the Altria Theate.
