A critican dam and hydroelectric power plant in southern Ukraine, which was under Russian control, was destroyed. A video of the incident has been verified. It manages a reservoir, which supplies water for agriculture, drinking and cooling of a nuclear power plant. It has caused serious flooding. Both sides blame each other form the destruction of the dam.
