10/17/2021-Tony Bennett has become the oldest person to release an album of new material according to the “Guinness Book of World Records”. Lady Gaga and Bennett released a joint collaboration on October 1st. He was 90 years and 60 days old when it was released. Bennett became the oldest person to reach #1 on the U.S. album charts, oldest person to enter the U.K. top album charts (80), longest time between U.K. top 20 albums (39 years) and longest time between the release of an original recording and a re-recorded of the same single.
