10/21/2021-Marion County, FL, Cliffton Bliss Jr. has been charged with second degree homicide after he shot and killed his neighbor over the neighbor’s cat entered Bliss’ property. The neighbor asked Bliss to not shoot the cat so he shot and killed his neighbor instead.
