A class-action lawsuit has been filed, by Anita Harris in Illinois, arguing that Kellogg’s does not have enough strawberries in its strawberry Pop-Tarts. She argues that the pictures used in its advertising gives a false impression that the filling contains “a greater relative and absolute amount of strawberries than it does.”
