Albany, NY- A complaint has been filed in Albany City Court against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo by his former aide, Brittany Commisso. She has accused Cuomo of groping her breast while they were alone inside his residence last year. The complaint reads Cuomo “knowingly and intentionally” committed the crime of forcible touching.
