Oklahoma City, OK- Oklahoma executed John Grant on Thursday and it was the third botched execution in a row. Witnesses say Grant convulsed about 2 dozen times and vomited after they used a controversial drug cocktail: midazolam, vecuronium bromide and potassium chloride. One witness, who has witnessed 14 executions, said it was the worst one.
