Joliet, IL- 2 people were shot and killed while at a Halloween party, and more than a dozen were injured. When police arrived, more than a 100 were seen fleeing the party. Police found victims in the backyard and at nearby homes. 4 people were seriously hurt at the party, which had over 200 partygoers.
