Mayor Paul Coolant is in the intensive care unit with 12 broken ribs, 2 broken collarbones and 2 punctured lungs after being hit by a car who ran stop sign, which injured her friends as well. Former Olympic runner Judi St. Hilaire,62, and 2 other cyclists were on a 60 mile ride when they were hit. Hilaire competed in the 1992 Barcelona Summer Olympics and finished 8th place.
