Longwood, FL- A male patient at the South Seminole Hospital Behavioral Health Unit attacked a pregnant nurse causing the death of her unborn baby on October 30th. Joseph Wuerz was released from the hospital on Tuesday and was immediately arrested on charges of manslaughter, aggravated battery on a pregnant woman and aggravated battery on a medical worker.
