Riverview, FL- The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a possible case of candy tampering. An 8 year old girl’s mouth was cut by an exacto blade hidden in her 100 Grand mini chocolate bar she got while trick-or-treating on Halloween. The candy was wrapped and sealed before she bit into it.
