St. Louis County, MO- A Missouri man, Perez Reed, 25, was arrested for a string of shootings that left 2 people dead and another seriously injured, in the county. Authorities are looking at him in several similar shootings that killed a person locally and in Kansas. The St. Louis victims look like they were randomly chosen and shot similarly that could be traced back to the same person.
