Washington, DC- CGI Merchant Group has reached an agreement to buy the hotel lease for the Trump International Hotel for $375 million. CGI plan to remove the Trump name. CGI has also reached a deal with Hilton Worldwide Holdings to have the property run by Hilton Waldorf Astoria group.
