Helen, GA- The police knocked on the hotel door at 9pm to evict a woman and her granddaughter because the grandmother wrote a mediocre review online. She gave the Baymont Inn 3 stars out of 5. She paid for 3 nights and they refused to pay her a refund. Hotel.com gave her a refund not Baymont.
