Birmingham, Al- 74 year old Larry Albert Flake, who was wanted by the FBI for 20 years, was arrested by the FBI on November 19. Flake had been living under a new identity and working as a pastor of a church. Flake was convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor in Indiana because he fled instead of showing up to court on 8/30/2001.
