Albany, GA- A customer who claimed he was tackled and held down has filed a lawsuit against Dollar General. The store employee accused him of shoplifting. The victim claimed he was suffocating. According to the hospital, the victim was on a ventilator for 9 days in October. His lawyer claimed he can’t walk on his own power and that he “suffered collapsed lungs and a punctured lung. He had a liver injury.”
