British police stated that the Windsor Castle trespasser was armed with a crossbow and they are investigating a video where he was threatening to “assassinate” Queen Elizabeth II. In the video which was posted on Snapchat shortly before the incident, it showed a man in a dark hoodie holding a crossbow in a distorted voice saying he wanted to “assassinate” the Queen.
