Leavenworth, WA: The city issued a state emergency as a strong front brought 36 inches of snow for most areas but some areas received 48 inches of snow. The mayor requested the National GUard to assist the town with deliveries of checks as well as food and with clearing the streets and driveways that are buried under snow.
