China: The 15 year old Russian figure skater, Kamila Valieva is being allowed to compete at the Olympics after failing a drug test in December. The ruling means that Valieva will compete in the women’s individual competion, tomorrow. She is favored to win. If Valieva finishes in the top 3 there will be no medal ceremony.
