During an interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour, the Kremlin press secretary Dmity Peskov refused to rule out using nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Peskov said that Putin, “intends to make the world listen to and understand out concerns” about the perceived “anti-Russian” threat from the west.
