Baton Rouge, LA: 53 year old grandmother, Roxanne Record and , 29 yer old mother, Kadjah Redord have been arrested and charged with murder after a 4 year old girl was given a bottle of whiskey and forced to drink the bottle which caused her death. The grandmother thought she had gotten into her liquor. The girl’s cause of death was alcohol poisoning. Her blood alcohol level was .680% over 8 times the legal limit for an adult.
