Vancouver, BC: Actor Ryan Grantham (known for Diary of a Wimpy Kid & Riverdale) was sentenced to a mandatory live in prison for murdering his 64 year old mother, Barbara Waite, in 2020. He found guilty of second degree murder, Waite was shot in the back of the head while playing piano. The working theory of his murder is that she had cancer and he wanted to go on a killing spree across Canada leading to murdering the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau. Grantham took videos of himself practicing murdering his mother. He turned himself in to authorities in Vancouver, The police found 3 guns, ammo, dozen Molotov cocktails, camping supplies and directions to the Prime Minister’s house. Grantham will not be eligible for parole for 14 years.
