Washington, DC: The House of Representatives passed a spending bill to keep the federal government open for business theough December 16th, which the U.S. Senate passed earlier in the week. The bill also includes $12.4 billion in Ukrainian aid as well as more disaster relief for Florida following Hurricane Ian.
