Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia: At least 125 people have been killed after dozens of fans went out onto the field following the home team Arema FC losing to Persebaya Surabaya (3-2) at Kanjuruhan Stadium. The dozens were met by police who fired tear gas into the crowd. Most of the people who died were killed as a result of being trampled to death.
