Las Vegas, NV: Actor and UNLV acting professor Clarence Gilyard Jr. has died at the age of 66 after suffering a long illness. Gilyard is known as Walker, Texas Ranger‘s James Trevette. He is also known for playing Conrad McMasters on Matlock as well as Hans Gruber’s tech master Theo in Die Hard. After he retired from acting, Gilyard became the film professor at UNLV.
