Los Angeles, CA: Fleetwood Mac co-vocalist Christine McVie has died at the age of 79. Her family said that she “passed away peacefully at (the) hospital following a short illness.”
McVie got her start in the 1960s in the band Chicken Shack. She joined Fleetwood Mac in 1970. She sang, wrote or co-wrote some of the group’s biggest hits: Don’t Stop, Everwhere, Little Lies, Say You Love Me, You Make Lovin’ Fun and many more.
