The iconic rock band Guns N’ Roses filed a lawsuit against a Texas gun store which also sells roses. The band allefed that it tarnishes the band’s brand by using its name without their “approved, license or consent. The suit is against Jersey Village Florist who own Texas Guns and Roses.
