Washington, D.C.: The Federal Trade Commission has filed suit to block Microsoft purchase of Activision Blizzard for $69 billion. The F.T.C. believes consumers would be hurt by the purchase because Microsoft could use Activision’s best selling games like Call of Duty to lure gamers away from other game systems.
