Washington, D.C.: The Biden administration is expanding their use of Title 42 by rapidly expelling migrants from 4 countries: Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua & Venezuela. This will open the door for a new legal path for up to 30,000 migrants a month who are coming into the country legally from Cuba, Haiti and Nicaragua. Venezuelan migrants were already under that rule.
