New Mexico: Prosecutors plan to charge actor and Rust’s producer Alec Baldwin as well as the film’s armorer with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin was holding the gun, which still had blanks in it, that fired the shot.
