France: Comedian and actor Richard Belzer, who suffered with lots of health issues, has died at the age of 78. Belzer started out as a stand-up comedian and became a well-liked serious actor playing John Munch in both Homicide: Life in the Street and then in Law and Order:SVU. He was married to former actress, Harlee McBride.
