Moscow, RUS.: Russian President Vladmir Putin announced in a national address that the country is suspending their participation in the New Start treaty, which is the last signed major nuclear arms control treaty with the United States. He also said the country wouldn’t stop from his invasion of Ukraine and blamed the West for provoking Russia to invade Ukraine. Putin also said his invasion could take a long time. Putin’s address occurred hours before U.S. President Joe Biden was scheduled to address from Poland.
