Louisville, KY.: The Department of Justice released a report against the Louisville Metro Police Department after a 2 year review of them following the botched raid which resulted in Breonna Taylor being killed in it. The report said the LMPD uses “excessive force” and “unlawfully discriminates against black people.” They also found that the PD uses police dogs, tasers, unjustified neck restraints & unreasonable tactics. They also executed search warrants without knocking or announcing that they are the police.
