Mariupol, UKR.: Russian President Vladimir Putin was flown by helicopter to visit the Russian occupied Ukrainian city of Mariupol in what they called a “working visit.” The trip occurred just days after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Putin. This was his first announced visit to Ukraine since Russia invaded the country last year.
