Fairfax, VA.: 2 staffers for U.S. Representative Gerry Connolly (D) were attacked in his Virginia district office. The attacker entered the office and asked to see Connolly. The attacker was told that he wasn’t there and started attacking the 2 staffers. The staffers were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The police took the attacker in custody.
