Washington, D.C.: The United States Supreme Court voted 8-1 to uphold a key part of President Joe Biden’s immigration enforcement plan. They ruled that the administration can focus its efforts on arresting and deporting immigrants who pose a current danger to the country. Louisiana and Texas filed a lawsuit, but the Court ruled the states lacked standing to sue.
