Philadelphia, PA.: A man wearing a bulletproof vest opened fire on Philadelphia’s city streets. He was shooting people seemingly at random. 5 people were killed and 2 boys were injured. The shootings took place over several blocks in Kingsessing, the southwestern neighborhood. Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said that responding officers chased the suspect as he was still firing. The suspect was arrested in an alley, after he surrendered.
