Avoiding a wildfire on the Hawaiian island of Maui, people in a historic tourist town of Lahaina Town are evacuating or fleeing into the Pacific Ocean. The wildfire is burning buildings in the town. The people were rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard.
Updated: 6 people have been killed as a result of the wildfires. Multiple burn patients have been flown to a hospital in Honolulu.
