A Federal Judge has ruled that Rudy Giuliani is liable for defaming 2 Georgia election workers that he repeatedly said were mishandling ballots in the 2020 Presidential election which his client former president Donald Trump lost. The ruling means that the workers’ defamation case against Mr. Giuliani can proceed to trial.
