Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who is visiting Spain, said that a Russian artillery strike killed 48 people at a grocery store near the eastern city of Kupiansk. The head of Kharkiv region military administration, Oleh Synehubov, said a cafe and grocery store was shelled by Russian forces in the village of Grozna in the Kupiansk district. Zelensky said the attack was “a demonstrably brutal Russian crime – a rocket attack on an ordinary grocery store, a completely deliberate terrorist attack.”
