Lyman, UKR: Russian troops have retreated the Ukrainian city of Lyman in the Luhansk region, a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin illegally annexed the region. The Ukrainians celebrated the retreat from the city. Lyman is a strategically key city in eastern Ukraine, because of the city being a major rail hub for the area. The move was a key in helping the Russian front line’s ground communications & logistics. The move will allow the Ukrainian army to push further in the Luhansk region of Ukraine.
