Chicago, IL- Federal prosecutors have charged 13 alleged members of the Wicked Town faction of the Traveling Vice Lords with a racketeering indictment that connects them to 19 murders over 20 years, including a cold-blooded murder-for-hire. They were also charged with keeping “trap houses” to store guns and drugs, including cocaine and heroin.
