2 ex-Maryland police officers and 2 children were found dead inside a car Thursday in what police say was apparently by murder-suicide. Ex-Balti County police officer Robert Vicosa, 41, Baltimore County Police Sergeant Tia Bynum, and his 2 children, 7 year old Giana and 6 year old Aaminah were the deceased. The girls were Vicosa’s. Police said Vicosa attacked his estranged wife over the weekend and took their daughters. He was fired by the department in August for his numerous reprimands. He carjacked and kidnapped the driver, Wednesday afternoon, according to the police. Bynum was suspended Tuesday, and the York Area Regional Police filed charges against her for kidnapping his estranged wife and holding her captive. The police chased their vehicle Into Pennsylvania where the vehicle crashed. They were in standoff with the 2 until the authorities witnessed the murder-suicide.
