Waukesha, WI- Darrell Brooks Jr.,39, drove a red SVU speeding down the street where the Christmas parade was taking place, leaving 5 dead and injuring over 40. Brooks was fleeing a domestic violence incident with a knife. The police were not chasing him either. He is charged with 5 counts of first degree intentional homicide.
