Yorkshire Dales, U.K.- The staff of the 17th century Tan Hill Inn said a “fond farewell” to the majority of 61-strong group that had to spend 3 days trapped in the United Kingdom’s highest pub during Storm Arwen blizzard. It started Friday evening when they arrived for the Oasis tribute band, but it wasn’t until today that they could dig out their vehicles from the 3 meter tall snowdrifts, and the snowplow cleared the road. 2 people were staying again this evening because they were not used to driving in the snow and ice.
