Dozens of people are feared dead after a severe outbreak spawned tornadoes over 5 states, which happened last night into this morning. The town of Mayfield, KY was hit the hardest. At least 1 tornado hit a candle factory with over a hundred people trapped inside the factory. Governor Andy Beshear said deaths there could be over a hundred dead when they go through the factory. The Governor said it could be the deadliest tornado in the state’s history. The tornado traveled at least 220 miles from Arkansas to Kentucky.

Edwardsville, IL- A tornado tore down a wall and pulled the roof off of the Amazon facility. At least 1 is dead and 2 were transferred to a St. Louis, MO. Almost 100 people were in the facility when the tornado hit.

At least 2 people were killed in Arkansas. In Monette, 1 person dead and over 2 dozen trapped in a nursing home that was struck by the tornado. In Leachville, a woman was killed in a Dollar General store where the same tornado hit 5 miles away.

Weldon Springs, MO- Another person was killed when a tornado struck.
