Spalding County, GA.: A teacher has been charged with assulting a student by swing a computer charger. She was swinging the charger at another student but hit another child.
Sheriff Darrell Dix said Cassandra Barlow can be seen on video of grabbing the computer charger, swinging the plug-in end at the student, missing him and hitting another student in the head causing him to fall to the floor. Video shows the teacher continuing swinging the cord at the student as he covered himself to keep from getting attacked.
